“There is a Connection – Genomics and Clinical Practice!”

At the completion of this activity, the learner will be able to:  1) Define genetics and genomics; 2) List three examples of genetics/genomics in clinical practice with application to the NIH roadmap; and 3) Describe nursing genomic competencies..

1.0 Contact Hour will be awarded to participants who attend the entire presentation.  Texas Nurses Association, District Four is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Texas Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission of Accrediation
